Fine Wedge
Fine Wedge is a high-precision wedge wire filter developed by TOYO SCREEN for ultra-fine filtration applications below 100 microns. Featuring a durable metal structure and excellent backwashability, it offers long service life and stable performance in demanding industrial environments. Fine Wedge can be manufactured in various forms such as panels, strainers, and conical types, making it suitable for liquid filtration, starch processing, chemical and pharmaceutical systems, and coolant recovery applications.
FineArc-60
FineArc-60 is TOYO SCREEN’s fine-aperture solid-liquid separation unit designed for filtration in the 20 to 100 micron range. Using Fine Wedge technology, it enables highly efficient recovery of fine particles, sludge, and slurry that are difficult to separate with conventional screens. Its pressure-assisted design provides stable filtration performance and is well suited for coolant sludge recovery, resin powder collection, wastewater load reduction, algae recovery, and pretreatment for microfiltration systems.
Finecular
Finecular is TOYO SCREEN’s advanced filtration unit designed for ultra-fine liquid filtration with apertures down to 10 microns. Utilizing the principle of inertial filtration, it reduces clogging and maintains stable performance over long operating periods without frequent backwashing. Its double-cylinder structure with inner and outer Fine Wedge strainers enables high-flow filtration and simultaneous concentration, making it ideal for chemical wastewater treatment, water intake, circulation water reuse, and product concentration processes.
SS Collector
SS Collector is TOYO SCREEN’s compact fine filtration unit equipped with Fine Wedge technology featuring slot sizes down to 5 microns. Designed for ultra-fine liquid filtration, it can repeatedly operate with backwashing while also capturing particles smaller than the slot size through cake filtration effects, depending on the application. Its simple, easy-to-disassemble structure allows quick maintenance, and it is suitable for high-concentration slurry filtration, resin wash water treatment, and various industrial liquid recovery processes.
